Complaints Procedure

The learning academy has a simple complaints procedure through which we aim to resolve concerns as quickly as possible.

In order to help us to investigate and resolve any area of dissatisfaction you should notify us of your concern  as soon as possible and no later than 1 month after its occurrence.

We endeavour to make your experience at The Learning Academy a pleasurable and satisfactory one.  Rather than let an issue of concern escalate we hope that you will try to resolve your issue by raising your concerns as follows:

  • course admin concerns including payments, course enrolment, access to the curriculum and quiz issue, please access the “Contact Us” page and then use the “Send Us a Message” facility
  • course material concerns,  please contact the specific course author

You will receive a response and we will tell you how we plan to investigate or how we plan to resolve your issue. We aim to resolve queries within 10 working days.

Please note that there are other facilities in which feedback can be left and support can be sought: 

Learners are encouraged to give the course a written review and a star rating.

Learners are encouraged to query and provide feedback though the course forum board.

We value your input highly: your feedback and opinions are used to help us evaluate the performance and success of the course and learning platform.
